Junlang Academy 2024 Lesson 2 | Understanding and Functional Explanation of Complete Set Products

On the afternoon of March 15, the second lesson of Junlang Academy, “Understanding and Functional Explanation of Complete Set Products”, was officially launched.

The lecturer of this class is Mr. Hu Zanhu from the Quality Department, who mainly shares from two modules:

1. Introduction to product features and functions;

2. Summary of common knowledge points and common problems of primary and secondary components of complete sets of electrical equipment.

The whole class is presented in the form of pictures and texts plus case presentations. Detailed analysis and introduction from multiple dimensions such as product types, characteristics, functions, working principles and common problems of complete set workshops, so that employees can have a deeper understanding of product types, structures, principles and other aspects, so that employees can work more standardly and know why. Strive to let everyone have their own insights and thoughts on their own positions or what they do.

As an important part of the production line, complete set workshops often face various problems. The existence of these problems not only affects production efficiency, but may also lead to substandard product quality and even cause safety accidents. Mr. Hu summarized and analyzed common problems in the workshop in class, which helped employees better understand the causes of the problems and take effective measures to solve them.
